Cambridge Park Addition was
established on the 3rd day of May 1994 encompassing 155
homes located approximately 1 mile on Sooner Road, South
of Interstate 240. Cambridge Park Addition was
established to promote and develop the common good and
social welfare of all residents within our community and
to the City of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma County, Oklahoma.

The Restrictive Covenants
and Bill of Assurance were recorded, considered legally
binding, and can be found in Book 6598 on page 0204 of
the public records of the County Clerk of Oklahoma
County, Oklahoma. All residents residing in Cambridge
Park are reminded to comply with the covenants and any
